Disconnection

My telephone no.is 01762-270067 which is provided at 67-A Pine Homes, Dhakoli. Upon picking up the receiver, the voice heard is "the connection has been dis connected due to non-receipt of bill". Where as I have not received any bill till date. Request restore the connection and provide me the bill so that Ican make the payment of telephone bill.
