Applied for my broad band on 29-3 and it's Req. Ref. number is 81204547. And I received my land line phone number on 7-Apr.
From the below Exchange:

But still now i doesn't received my Broad Band modem, Userid, Password and configuration informations.
One staff called my at last Friday and told that to collect the modem and information from office.
If it is the procedure means who will install it for us.
If I go to consult the office employees means, they directing me to some other building to some other person. If I have the solution from them means I will be happy. In that building, the persons will responding improperly. Is it a sin that I applied the broad band from you peoples. In the initial time itself not able to provide me the responsible customer care means in the remaining time how you will full fill my all requirements. If still now i m spending my money with the Internet Centers means what is the purpose of the Broadband applied.
For the broadband only I met irresponsible staffs more than three times. But my problem is still in the same status.
I paid, waiting and still spending for some other amount for my requirement means what is profit for me. I still in the loss. Please make it possible.
I read that, BSNL loosed its 50% of profit. If staffs still behaving in the same manners means you peoples will loose the remaining also.
One thing, I must be at my office at 9' O clock. If I got permission means how long i will get. If no staff is available at 10' O clock means, how i can get the support from office. There is no alteration for my requirement. If a staff went leave means no one is ready to handle my problem. This what continuously happened in my experience.
