Dear sir, I have two mobile numbers namely:9435152713 (A/C NO:302902116) and 9435152435 (A/C NO:301622260). I have cleared my payments in cash at state bank of india, NRL complex branch, Assam on 31/10.The billing amount were Rs.433/- against mobile NO: 9435152713 & Rs.91/- against mobile NO:9435152435.The billing amount were for the billing period:01-Sept TO 30-Sept. But.the paid amounts were not updated in billing period: 01/10 TO 31/10 at the above mentioned two mobile numbers. I did not pay the bill on that months just thinking it will be updated on next bill. But that not happened. Both the amounts again added as previous balance on the bills for the billing period :1/11 To 30/11.That time I personally paid the bills at the OFFICE OF SDE, BSNL;BOKAKHAT, ASSAM showing & explaing the matters and cleared the bills deducting the non-updated added amounts on 4/1.The BIll/D.N. Nos.are:306232065 (against mobile no.9435152435; amount: Rs.417/-) & 306126615 (mobile No.9435152713; amount: Rs.1049/-). But, no correct bills found on next bills i.e. at the billing period:1/12/07 To 31/12.The amounts Rs.433/- & Rs.91/- which were paid on 31/10/07 for the billing period 01/09/07 To 30/09/07 against 9435152713 & 9435152435.Again I cleared the bills at the Office of SDE BSNL.BOKAKHAT on 29/2 for the billing period 01/01 To 31/01? 2008 for the both nos.the Bill/D.N.Nos. are 314067608 & 314006144.Amounts were ;Rs.1391/- & Rs.450/- after dedunting non-updating amount Rs.433 7 Rs.91/-.But no update/correction found in next months bills & still upto Feb.08 & March.08 no correction made by your OFFICE.So, I have the request to give a look into the matter and give a immediate solution at your end. Thanks.
