My complaint dated 7-4 lodged with the G.M. Bhandara Telecom have not been redress till yet

R/Sir,

I have lodged an complaint (in written) against Shri S.G. Ninawe, Sr. Telecom Office Assistant, BSNL, CMTS, Tumsar to The General Manager BSNL Bhandara Telecom District Bhandara on dated 7-4 which was acknowleged also.

But, The G.M. has not been taken any action till yet and also did not give any response thereof. So, Sir, You are most humbly requested that please kindly be considered and take necessary action with directing appropirate authority to redress the my complaint.
