Regarding Broadband Connection

Its regarding that i am applied for the Broadband Connection on 12th May on 07312330300 but till now there is no such process by that dept. Daily i am contacting to the cust care, SDO, GM but there is no such proper response by ant one. Today is the 11th day as i am working for the Software firm so it is very much needed for me. I am trying from last 11 days to do the process faster but not getting the proper response by any one. At last this one is option todo my work faster. Pls do the needfull for the same.
