Poor customer service

Hello Team,

This is regarding of BSNL poor custoner service. Last 6 years i am one of the customer of BSNL.

My land line no. 0124-2560750 (Gurgaon). I have noticed last few months my phone is NOT working properly. Every 2-3 days there is a problem in the line, either my phones was dead or there is a lot of disturbence in the line. I have register my complany through call centre (1500) and my nearest BSNL office ..Jakranda Marg (DLF ph III) also but they are not taking action on time. Either line man is visiting my residence or they are simply ignoring our complan. This is not the first time, My prior experience was NOT so good.

I wanted to raise my concern to the senior level manager/authority. Please escalade this to the Top Level.
