Landline is not working

Hello Responsible,

My landline is not working for 1 month, eventhough we have given complains atleast seven times. They are not bothered about that. But they need money to come for maintainance services also. Also when we call for this concern, telling that please call to higher officers. For this basic Harware cable cut, we should complain for higher officers.
