i am consumer since 5 year of BSNL LAND LINE, Vizianagaram district, Kurupam Telephone Exchange limits. but my landline did not work from 2 months. I complained frequently, so they attended one time, but did not solve my problem. please rectify my problem. if you are unable to slove my problem, please remove my landline connection. if you are remove connection i will appear at consumber court.
