Oadband connection problem&-2701643

Dear Sir/ Mam,

I am using ur land line from last 12 year, before 2 month I have taken ur broadband connection plan 750 unlimited, but same day it is not working, i payed my first bill amount 3074. I complain so many time against broadband connection but till now no action has been taken. i am mentilly frustrate by BSNL services given by ghaziabad off. BSNL is best in all services but this kind of unoffical practice going with me it is not good.

If my broadband connection is not working properly what is the benefit of this connection. i am working person and no time to went daily too ur off. i have done more than 100 calls to different contact NO. so take this matter seriously and take action quickly as soon as possible.
