Internet not working

since last two days my inter-net broadband in not working. The error no.769 is showing. contd..

...When I contact to Telephone Exchange they told be that your computer may have virus, but when I contact to Computer hardware, they told me that the computer have no virus. Please to through the matter as soon as possible, As I am an advocate practing in taxtation and now a rush to file i.t.returns on line, now I am sending complain on my dial upconnection which I have on Ph.
