I HAVE A BROADBAND CONNECTION OF THE SCHEME OF RS 250 PER MONTH OF BSNL BROADBAND INTERNET LINE. BUT FROM LAST 20 DAYS I HAVE LOST CONNECTIVITY AND I HAVE COMPLAINED NEARLY 10 TO 12 TIME ON NUMBER 1500 GIVEN BY BSNL BUT EACH TIME THEY TAKE COMPLAIN AND DOING NOTHING I HAVE GOT SOME OTHER NUMBER OF HIGHER AUTHORITY FOR COMPLAIN BUT NO BODY TAKING THAT PHONE AND EVERYTIME I HEARD RINGS ONLY... WHAT I HAVE TO DO NOW... WHERE I HAVE TO COMPLAIN...
