Dindnt recieve broadband connection yet

Hello sir/madam,

i m living in viruddhachalam near to neyveli in tamil nadu..I applied for bsnl broadband connection some 4 weeks back... but till now they didnt take any steps... i ll give my address and other details so kindly take steps to fulfill my broadband connection...
