Dead my landline phone & broad band

i have 250 home plan of broadband. I have been facing a problem in the net connection & land line phone from few days that many times link disappears and net is disconnected when i do the work on net

.therefore it is very disgusting. This problem occures several times in a day ..kindly look in to the matter and solve my problem
