I have applied for bsnl broad band internet connection in last march. Bsnl is advertising on a very large scale and they have not proper network. they are not giving proper services to the consumer. Till today they are not able togive me internet connection on my wll phone. They are always replying that instruments are not receiving form the department. Yet it will take two months. I am sorry to say that such a big company is not able to supply new connection after 8 months. They should stop their advertisement.
