Unsubscribe 'GRANDMAS TIPS' from 56505

I have been subsribed to GRANDMAS TIPS on my mobile phone no.9497695758 from 56505. I don't know how this service got started on my phone. Whenever I send a message to 56505 to deactivate this service, Rs.3/- was deducted as message charges. I want to deactivate the service.
