The above telephone is dead since two days. No action from BSNL till date to rectify the same despite the fact formal complaint No. 198425 has been lodged. It is observed in the past that the telephone will stop functioning all of a sudden. Immediate action to set my telephone right is urgently sought, without any lame excuses from BSNL officials.
