I had applied for Rs.250 broadband plan of BSNL and got my connection last month. As per the plan the monthly charge is 250 and free download/upload limit is 1GB.In my first month bill, the monthly charge is given as Rs.100. I have used 792MB, as per my plan (250) the entire usage comes under free limit. But they have given 410 MB as free and have billed me for 382MB.I live in madurai, tamilnadu
