Short amount in my account

My mobile No.is 9445213156. I have recharged my mobile on 07.09.2008 and the balance shows an amount of Rs.40 and odd. I have dialed below Rs.10/-. But on 12th September in my mobile shows a balance amount of Rs.2.89 only. How it is possible? I have made a complaint on 12.09.2008 itself and the complaint No. is 41973 and again I made complaint on 14.09.2008 in net and the Docket No.is WEB/CO/83302195. Till now I have not received any reply from the authorities concerned. Please reply me early.
