EXCESS CHARGE

I have been excess charged on magic etop up cards, magic cards calling was free to bsnl network from 10 pm to 7 am, in march i did the recharge and my calls charged for calling to bsnl local landline after 10 pm as normal charge. i have rang customer care 9435024365, 9400024365 more than 15 times and al lease lodged complain for more than three times . months gone but no reply from there.
