BSNL
Unable to connect internet

Hi,

I Have taken bsnl broadband conection on 16-06-08 and it was working good but due to some reasons i have to format my system, after formating i'm unabel to connect internet to my system and it is giving error 676. I want bsnl people to solve my problem as soon as possible.

Note: When i call bsnl broadband customer care there was no proper resposnse and they are diconnecting the call in between conversation, i think dont know how to solve the query's.
