Not working properly since i got connection

Kindly informing you that

i am mohit kumar user BSNL broadband service in city meerut (U.P)

my internet is not wotking properly since i got the connection, every time i gone to the BSNL exchange (bhrampuri, meerut) they only given me fake promesis that we would do it soon but still my connection is disturbed

as i m the student of B.Tech i gone through many online exams but due to failure of connection i face many problems my project is also in the middle phase i m unable to complete it

So please take a serious action on my complaint otherwise i will disconnected your connection n switched to other I.S.P
