Landline phone not working since 7months

Our BSNL landline no is 06793-275612, it has been not working since 7 months. everytime we complaining the telephone exchange, but they are not responding. they always postponing it. but till the repair was not cleared. we are facing very problems without phone. plz take an action for this... our address: Pradeep Kumar Patra, Noonchati, Nalgaja (Post), Rasgobindpur (PS), Mayurbhanj District, Orissa-757073, India.
