Instrument bill broadband

Instrument not working, replaced from bhankrota, jaipur exchange, replaced model was a very old model which is again dead.

my number is 0141 2250234

broadband connection was taken in last week of july plan 750 unlimited

in the first bill monthly rent on previous telephone connection was calculated proportionately but broadband charges were not adjusted and full charges Rs750 were billed.we feel cheated
