Activation of GPRS Service without request

Dear Sir,

I am a BSNL Cellone Postpaid subscriber vide No. 9418039110 under plan 325. Yesterday I received a message that GPRS Service on my aforesaid Mobile No. has been activated w.e.f. 10th April.

Since I, have not requested for this service so you are kindly requested that the same may please be got deactivated with immediate effect and the charges for the same till deactivation be ensured are not charged.
