i have mobile bsnl cellone and my number is 9412397017 but i receive messages in my phone

message is thanks you for continuing VALUE PACk. you have been renewed and RS. 49 has been deducted from your balance. to deactivate call 1255530 sender 12555049. i call this no. but not return my Rs. 49. and i have not use in Value pack.

i therefore requested you to please see to my matter this is case.
