Threat me for not activating DOSTI

Sir,

With due respect this is to inform you that I, Subhasish Mondal, have purchesed two DOST related BSNL SIM card (Ph no: 09432833160 & 09432833161). I have sent DOSTI message on 22/07/09 but still now (06/08) it is not activated. I have called customer care several time but they did not take a single action. In fact last time (06/08 10.50 pm) customer care executive roughly threat me that my number would not be activated anyhow and also funning me for taking legal steps. I really not excepted this kind of behaviour from BSNL team.

Please take strict action for this kind of lazy, careless and bad behaviour's employees.
