Not activating DOSTI

Sir,

I have purchased two Dosti related Sim. It has activated on 20/07 but still the Dosti facility is not activated. I have called customer care several time, they told me it would activated sortly. But still it is not activated. Even I have called higher authority (02/08 12.10pm). He also told same thing even he don't give me the website where I put my complain. I really harassed for this event. Please have a look...
