Wrong Billing

I am subscriber to BSNL cellone barring No: 9440470752 having post paid connection with package of Rs123/- as fixed monthly charges. In this I have chosen two BSNL numbers 08643-244276 and 0863-2322178 under 'Family and Friends' concessional offer of Ps:10 per minute and I utilizing this facility since long. Since last four months I am getting the bills by charging Ps:20 per minute for the above mentioned two numbers. This may be rectified immediately and the excess collected amount may please be refunded or adjusted in the forth coming bills.
