INCOMING CALL IS NOT AVAILABLE ON MY NUMBER BEARING 919437541756

Dear Sir,

I have been using bsnl cellone service (Orissa, Sambalpur) for the last four years bering numer 919437541756.I had changed to postpaid on August 28.Again I changed to prepaid on 31st July. I got a new prepaid blank sim by paying Rs.110.00.They activated the sim on 31st July. But due to Bsnl technical fault neither i got any blance nor any validity. After that i contact with Bsnl Customer support and they adviced me to recharge my account and i do so. I recharged a sum of rupees 386.00 for one year validity and Rs.300 of magic voucher. After that i able to make outgoing call. But sorry to say that there would be no incoming call facility on my number. After that i am contacting with Customer support many times but nothing is happenning. Only they assured me sortly we will solve this matter. It has been five days i'm suffering. Please help me out in this matter.
