I have purchased bsnl cell one excel prepaid for governemt employees scheme for Rs.48/- at bsnl, stall, DMS campus, chennai-6 on 23.2.2009. My mobile number is 9445761728 . outgoing & incoming calls are barred or not yet activated.

Hence I request you sir to kindly make the needful to activate the above said number and remove the barring on this number.
