Sir,

This is to state that i was having the Mobile Sim No 9435557282 since january and had deposited a security deposit of Rs.500/- . That during march i further deposited 500/- and avail roaming facility. But during April i wrote a letter to the officer concern and wish to discontinue with the said sim. That my arrears bill in April was around 600/-only and as such i requested the person to adjust my bill against my securities and then to refund the balance. But they did not do that instead they are still sending me bills. My latest bill is for Rs.1056/- vide bill no 300988025 dated 10.07.09 . It is pertinent to mention herein that outgoing and incoming calls are barred since May and inspite of that they are still raising bills for rental and all. Hence under the circumstances i therefore request you to kindly do the adjustment of my bills as on April against my security deposit and refund the balance to me at the earliest.
