I am Gopal, my mobile no .9420492399, and my complaint is about blocked my mobiles incoming calls. I made complaint on 13 jan at 1pm. And geneally it takes 24hours to solves the problem.but still after 50 hours completed it unsolved.

I made 4days late payments for december month, that time my outgoing is blocked. Then i gave all the details of payments and my outgoing is started afterword. But suddenly on 12th jan they blocked my incoming for the same reason (late payment in month of december).

Means my services is interputed twicely (at first outgoing, then incoming) in month for late payment.when i called in customer care they told that your requst is under process. But after 50 hours still its under process.
