Disconnection of mobile services

My mobile no is 9431215344. My credit Limit is Rs 20000/- Bill amount not paid is Rs5010/-. Incoming and outgoing call facilities have been blocked from 8PM of 05.10.2008. This has been done intentionally by a person of BSNL Bhagalpur office with whom I had a talk on the no.06412303831 at 5.29pm on 05.10.2008 on the issue of bill payment. I had informed that person that due delayed receipt of last bill, bill Payment is pending. Our local BSNL office at Kahalgaon does not receive the bill payment of mobiles after 10th of the month. I assured him that I shall pay the bill this time with arrears in a day or two.

Incoming and outgoing facilities on my mobile have been withdrawn only to harass me inspite of the fact that dues on me is much lower than my credit Limit.
