Bsnl cell one prepaid
Out going not working

My cell no.9444499969. in chennai network, is not working for incoming & outgoing to any number in india (except chennai numbers). from 20th march.in this regard i wanted to make a complaint to bsnl customer care no.9444024365 &9400024365, but to my surprise i was unable get even this no, if atall i got line i was unable to get connected to customer care officer even after kept on hold for more than 15 mintues
