About GPRS

Sir, I have to say that, I am consumer of bsnl excel prepaid service, I am using gprs service with voucher of Rs 230/- per month. from last 6-7 days I could not access gprs service in my locality i.e. GUD KI MANDI Patna city, due to failure of gprs network. we also complain bsnl costmer care 9400024365 and9431124365 for this problem. But no solution have been made till date.

so, pl take necessary action in this matter.
