Excess money deduction from 4 months

Hi,

Excess money is getting deducted from my CellOne pre-paid nuber: 9448252642.

Overnight I see money is getting deducted for no reason.

I have not subscribed for any services and all that has been verified.

I had call call center number 9400024365 hundred times and reported this complaint.

The only response I get from them is "SERVER IS DOWN CALL AFTER 1 HOUR"

Such a stupid online support.

I had requested many times for last 4 months billing report and requested them to verify when their server comes-up (if at all that happens).

But I never got a response.

A complaint is also opened recently, that I could do after 3-4 weeks of constant follow-up.

Complaint# KT2910094193.

Can someone help me in getting last 4 months billing details atleast so that I can take the necessary next steps toclaim my money (which is not less than 600 to 800 Rs.)?
