Internation SMS connot receive from kuwait

Sir, i have problem in international SMS cannot receive from kuwait (Zain) this pproblem facing from 14th april and other all sms can receive and sent also internation. there in kuwait message detail dislplay delivery faild and sent item was sent. i waiting for your responds and good solution. regrads
