BSNL Cellular service
Not refunding security deposit

Please refer to my previous account no.304858096 with the connection of mobile no.9434090676 which I availed the service connection from Gangtok, Sikkim. Consequence upon my transfer to Siliguri, West Bengal I submitted application for closure w.e.f. 31.08.07 in a prescribed form on 30.08.07.Now it is my earnest request that the concerned authority may refund security deposited amount of Rs.2000.(Rupees two thousand only) as BSNL Siliguri Branch is denying to refund the security deposit till today on production of the reciept.
