BSNL Cellular service
Denial in making refund of security deposit

Please refer to my bsnl post paid cellular phone account no. 304858096 with the previous mobile no.9434090676 which was closed since 31st. August. Now the authority of BSNL, West Bengal refuse to refund my security deposit amount of Rs.2000.(Rupees Two thousand only). The concerned authority may please intimate the course of action taken at your best level to the complainee.
