Network Problem

Sir,

I am having Chennai 3 star mobile sim No. being 9445783014 but Iam facing lot of network problem specially on STD. The problem faced is that Iam getting voice from the other end whearas my voice does not reach at the receiveing end at all. Please help me otherwise I will have no option to go for another option which I do not want. I am regular user of BSNL posted at various places. So please help and acknowledge.
