BSNL Chennai telephones
No action on complaint - Service deficiency

I am working in Reserve Bank of India and having a landline connection at my residence vide 044 - 24463246.

The telephone no cited above is completely dead for last three days and complaint was booked vide docket no. 93521743 dated 05.10.2009.

I am surprised that no body has attend yet.

I hope, BSNL authorities will take necessary action to redress the problem.
