Deducting money unfairly for same ring tone

On 13 august money was deducted twice for renwal of same ring tone . the message was given twice at 3 pm &11.58 am for the money that was charged twice.this must have happend earlier also but i had not noticed. my mobile number is 09416321627.why is beinng done or is it something that i am not understanding
