Sir,

I tried to enquire about the router for the net connection. I made a call 3 times to the customer care no. 1500, after excecuting the menu options the call is not answered. They are picking the phone and keeping it down without answering. At the same time the other p[hone in that office is ringing they are attending that phone. This is not at all good for such a big network. Very bad customer service.

Please instruct them to attend the calls.
