Hey

This ppl are very ridiculous, we have to wait for 20 mins till they pick up and they behave very rude.

The customer care is in WB.They dnt even listen complete sentence and say "BSNL ME CALL KARNE KE LIYE DHANYABAD". What the hell are these ppl??? Unknownly our balance is being deducted in the name of hello tunes service but no song is being played.

BSNL should look proper way to train these ppl so that we are being benefited.
