Lower browsing as well as download speed is less

Hey i have brought bsnl-data-card-huawei-ec325 on 1st - july and the download speed is just 2 to 4 kbps and also browsing speed is very low... many times most of the websites do not open at all...

so i beg u to increase my data card speed...
