To get compensation for destruction of property and lost of items

I opened a 15 beded hospital in rural area 10 years back on loan basis to serve rural population.to give first aid and treatment to those who die on the way before reaching to urban hospital.

on 23/5 due to death of a serious patient, his relatives demanded some amount of money, when i refused, they destroyed the hospital.even me and my family's life came into danger.

i was sent to thana, i have no source of income left to run my family and hospital & to repay 60 (sixty) lakhs loan on me.

now i want to ask you, is this a crime and punishment to serve rural population.

those people will go to jail, but what did i get out of all this.

no compensation was given to me against the loss of 25 (twenty) lakh of my property .i have a daughter to marry &son to settle.

my self respect was hurt, im so depressed that im thinking to leave my proffession.

i am writing this application in the hope to get some justice from the system.

F.I.R was done in thana malpura agra (U.P)
