BSNL DATA ONE BROADBAND
Internet not working for more than 10 days

My internet is not working from a fortnight and there is no response from the company also after lodging many complaints. I am living in 27 Shri Rampura Colony, Civil Lines, Jaipur and landline connection number is 0141 2221116.Please help me about how to go about this problem as its very frustrating when you have already paid the amounts pending and proper services are not being given. Please look into the matter or else i wont have any other option than termianting the services with BSNL and move on to other operators.
