Bsnl dataone broadband
Erratic Connectivity … got fed up!!

I have DataOne broadband connection via my telephone no. 033-24351087 (Kolkata). The connection keeps failing frequently. The ADSL indicator is either unstable most of the time or it would go off for quite some times and come on again. The behavior of the connection is most erratic and useless.

I am facing this problem since July, 09. I have complained more than 10 times and got fed up. Even I wrote to CGM, Kolkata Telephone but didn’t get any response.

Already paid the advanced annual charge on May. Please do the needful.
