Billing Erro

Dear sir,

Bsnl (public sector undertaking) offers wide varity of services.

Quality of service is generally poor.

when it coms to billing;it never uses quality billing softwares.

So customers have to pay for some one elses bill or absord bills.

To day i logged into "BSNL dataone my account" portal using there own internet connection; but the sotware said i am offline.

More over i havnt had internet access this month due to computer harware problums. But the portal says i was using

it internet all the time.
