Unauthorised change of broadband plan

I have a RS 250 plan giving 1GB of usage per month. Additional usage is RS 0.90 per MB. Since May my plan has been changed without my authorisation to Rs 750 with unlimited usage. Despite making several complaints to BSNL absolutely nothing has been done to change the plan back to RS 250.

It seems that BSNL likes cheating and conning its customers!
